An experienced cleaning team, launched in Miami and now serving Orlando. Two markets, one set of standards.
Most cleaning is theatrical:wiped counters, vacuumed paths, a faintly chemical smell that suggests somebody did something. We don't do theatrical.We move the toaster. We scrub the grout behind the toilet. We hand-wipe baseboards, every visit, because that's where you can tell the difference between a clean home and an actually clean home.

Three core services.No upsells, no traps.
Every clean is staffed by two vetted, insured cleaners, supplied with EPA Safer Choice products, and timed against a written checklist. Add-ons exist; pressure to use them does not.
Deep Clean
"For when 'just clean' isn't going to cut it."
A top-to-bottom reset of your home. Every grout line, every baseboard, every cabinet face. Book it once a season, after a renovation, or when company is coming and you want the house to look like a magazine spread.
- Everything in Express Residential, plus:
- Hand-wipe every baseboard, door frame, and crown molding
- Detail-clean inside microwave and toaster oven
- Scrub grout in tile floors and showers (extra labor)
- Hand-wash interior of all kitchen cabinet doors and drawer fronts
- Descale faucets, showerheads, and hard-water spots on glass
Express Residential

Our regular cleaning service for homes that already have a rhythm. We keep the dust down, the surfaces clear, and the bathrooms hospital-bright, every visit, every time.
Move-Out Clean
"Built to pass the final walkthrough."
An empty-home clean designed to satisfy landlords, property managers, and the strictest realtor on the MLS. We follow a thorough move-out checklist and email you a photo report when we're done.
