Booking & Pricing
4 questions
How does pricing work?
Express residential starts at $149. Deep cleans from $289. Move-out from $349. Pricing scales with bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage. Get an instant estimate using our quote tool — no email gate, no sales call.
Do you offer recurring discounts?
Yes. Weekly clients save 20%, biweekly 15%, monthly 10% off the standard rate. The recurring discount applies starting on the second visit.
What's the cancellation policy?
24 hours' notice, no fee. Inside 24 hours we charge a 50% reschedule fee because the crew has been blocked off for your job. Same-day cancellations are billed in full.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes, all major cards plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Recurring clients can also set up ACH bank transfer for a 2% discount.

On the Day
3 questions
Do I need to be home?
No. About 80% of our recurring clients give us a key, code, or smart lock access. We log entry and exit time on every visit and you get a notification when the team starts and finishes.
What about my pets?
Tell us about them when you book. Most pets are fine with our team — we leave doors closed when asked, we use pet-safe products, and we will absolutely sneak your dog a treat if you say it's okay.
How many people show up?
Two to four cleaners depending on the size of the job. Express residential is always two people; deep cleans and move-outs scale up. You'll see the assigned crew in your booking confirmation.

Products & Quality
3 questions
What products do you use?
EPA Safer Choice certified products by default — Method, ECOS Pro, Branch Basics. We avoid bleach unless you specifically request it. If you're sensitive to fragrance, ask for our unscented kit.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Let us know within 24 hours and we come back free. We don't bill you anything extra and we don't ask for proof. We'd rather re-clean than have an unhappy client.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — Florida licensed, $2M general liability, workers comp on every employee, bonded for theft and damage. We'll send proof on request before any first booking.

About Tundeef
3 questions
Who are your cleaners?
They're background-checked, insured, and English- and Spanish-speaking — vetted before their first job and held to one set of standards. We're proud of how we run this.
Where does the name come from?
Tundeef is a contraction of our founder's family name (Tunde) and the Yoruba word "ef" — a small, deliberate gesture of care. Marisol's grandmother used to say "ef" when she'd straighten a picture frame on her way past it.
Do you franchise?
No, and we won't. Every market is run by us, not a licensee — Miami is home base and Orlando works the same checklists, the same vetting, the same prices. We only open a market when we can staff it to that standard.
