Is this a real quote or a marketing trick?
It's real. The price range you see is the price range we'll honor — the only reason there's a range is to account for things we can't know from a form (e.g. "lightly cluttered" vs "very lived-in"). We confirm the exact number at the walkthrough on the day of service.
Will you call me to follow up?
No. If you submit your email, you'll get one PDF copy of the quote — that's it. If you want a conversation, call us. If you don't, we won't bug you.
What if I'm outside your service areas?
We currently serve two Florida markets. In Miami: Brickell, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Wynwood, Edgewater, South Beach, Design District, Aventura, Pinecrest, and Key Biscayne. In Orlando: College Park, Thornton Park, Baldwin Park, Audubon Park, Mills 50, Lake Eola Heights, Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, Winter Park, and Downtown. If you're nearby but not on the list, call us; we may still be able to help.
