- 04All baseboards, door frames, window sills, blinds
- 05Interior windows and tracks (single-story or accessible levels)
- 06Light fixtures and ceiling fans
- 07All bathrooms top to bottom — including exhaust fan covers
- 08Wall spot-cleaning and nail-hole inspection (we report; we don't patch)
- 09Final walk-through with photo documentation, emailed within 2 hours

What about my deposit?
We can't speak for your landlord, so we don't promise a deposit outcome. What we do promise is the cleaning: we work a thorough move-out checklist and email you a photo report of every room. If your landlord disputes a cleaning-related issue within 14 days of our service, we come back free of charge to address it.
When should I book?
Book the day after your stuff is out and before keys are returned. Empty home, no obstacles. If you're tight on the timeline, we offer same-day and next-morning slots most weekdays.
Will you coordinate with my landlord or property manager?
Yes. Send us their contact and we'll send the photo report directly, so the people deciding on your deposit can see exactly what we did.
